Products & Sizing
What garage door sizes are available?
Available sizes may include single-door, 1.5-door, double-door, two-door, three-door, and double-plus-single combinations. Each product page shows the sizes currently available for that specific design.
How do I measure my garage door?
Measure the actual width and height of the garage door itself. Do not include the surrounding wall, frame, trim, or exterior opening. All product dimensions are shown as width × height.
What if my garage door is between two sizes?
Contact our support team before ordering. Include your garage door width, height, and a clear front-facing photo so we can help you choose the most suitable option.
Can I use one double-door cover on two separate garage doors?
No. Two separate doors require two individual covers so each door can be aligned and secured correctly.
Are the colors exactly the same as shown online?
We work to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, screen settings, lighting, printing batches, and material texture may cause slight color differences.
Installation & Use
Is professional installation required?
No. Most EverHolidayHome® garage door covers are designed for simple seasonal installation without professional assistance or special tools.
Can I install the cover by myself?
Most single-door covers can be installed by one person. For larger double-door and multi-door covers, two people are recommended for easier alignment and installation.
Will the cover damage my garage door?
The included installation accessories are intended for temporary seasonal use. Follow the product instructions carefully, keep fasteners away from moving components, and inspect the cover regularly.
Can the garage door still open and close?
This depends on the specific product, installation method, and garage door design. Only operate the door when the product instructions confirm that normal movement is supported and the cover does not interfere with tracks, hinges, rollers, handles, or safety sensors.
What should I do during strong wind or severe weather?
Remove the cover before strong winds, storms, heavy snow, or other severe weather conditions. Seasonal decorations should not remain installed when conditions may cause them to loosen or become damaged.
Can I reuse the cover next year?
Yes. Clean and dry the cover completely before folding it. Store it in a cool, dry indoor area away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight.
Orders & Payment
How do I know my order was received?
After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during purchase. Please check your spam or promotions folder if it does not appear in your main inbox.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing, production, packing, or shipment has started.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us immediately after placing your order. Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered processing or shipment.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment may be declined because of incorrect billing details, insufficient funds, bank security checks, transaction limits, or card restrictions. Please verify your information or contact your payment provider.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed through the secure payment services available at checkout. EverHolidayHome® does not directly store your complete card details.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by destination, product, carrier, local delivery conditions, and seasonal demand. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may require additional time to become active after shipment.
Why has my tracking not updated?
Carrier tracking systems may take time to show the first scan. Updates can also be delayed while packages move between facilities or during periods of high shipping volume.
Will all items arrive in one package?
Some orders may be shipped in more than one package. When this happens, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.
What if tracking says delivered but I cannot find the package?
Check the delivery area, mailbox, porch, side entrance, household members, and nearby neighbors. Contact the delivery carrier if needed. If the package still cannot be located, contact our support team with your order number.
Do international orders include customs fees?
Depending on the destination, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order is marked as delivered.
What condition must the product be in?
Items must be unused, unwashed, uninstalled, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and included accessories.
Can I return an item after installing it?
Installed, used, altered, or damaged products generally cannot be returned unless a verified defect was not reasonably visible before installation.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, incorrect size selections, or other reasons not caused by EverHolidayHome®, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are normally submitted after the returned product has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may then require approximately 5–10 business days to display the funds.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, damage, packaging, and shipping label when applicable.
