      Shipping Policy

      This Shipping Policy explains how EverHolidayHome® processes, ships, tracks, and delivers orders placed through everholidayhome.com.

      Our Shipping Commitment

      EverHolidayHome® works to prepare every order carefully and provide clear shipping information throughout the delivery process.

      Because many of our products are purchased for specific holidays and seasonal events, we strongly recommend ordering early and reviewing all shipping information before completing your purchase.

      🎄 Order Early During Holiday Seasons

      Shipping carriers may experience increased demand before Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Easter, and other major holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates, so please allow additional time for seasonal carrier delays.

      How Your Order Moves

      Every order normally moves through the following stages before reaching your delivery address.

      After checkout, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided with your purchase.

      Your order is reviewed, prepared, checked, and packaged before being handed to the shipping carrier.

      Shipment

      Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

      Final Delivery

      The local carrier completes delivery to the shipping address entered during checkout.


      Order Processing Time

      Orders require processing before shipment. Processing time includes order verification, product preparation, quality checking, packing, and carrier handoff.

      Processing time is separate from shipping transit time and begins after payment has been successfully authorized.

      Processing may take longer during holiday seasons, promotional events, periods of high order volume, product launches, inventory changes, or when additional order verification is required.

      Estimated Delivery Times

      Delivery time varies based on destination, product availability, shipping method, carrier operations, local conditions, and seasonal demand.

      Any estimated delivery date shown during checkout or in tracking information is provided as an estimate and is not a guaranteed arrival date.

      EverHolidayHome® is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, transportation disruptions, labor shortages, regional restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

      Shipping Charges

      Applicable shipping costs are displayed before payment is completed.

      Standard Shipping

      Standard shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery destination, package dimensions, weight, and available carrier service.

      Promotional Shipping

      Free or discounted shipping promotions may include minimum purchase amounts, product restrictions, regional limitations, or expiration dates.

      Expedited Shipping

      When available, expedited shipping charges are shown during checkout. Expedited shipping does not normally reduce product processing time unless expressly stated.

      Shipping Destinations

      Available delivery destinations are shown during checkout.

      Certain products, oversized packages, remote locations, military addresses, parcel lockers, post office boxes, or restricted regions may not be eligible for all shipping methods.

      Shipping Address Requirements

      Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

      Verify Your Information

      Check the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, postal code, country, telephone number, and email address before placing the order.

      Address Changes

      Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after order processing, fulfillment, or shipment has begun.

      Carrier Corrections

      Carriers may charge address correction, redirection, storage, return, or redelivery fees when delivery information is incomplete or inaccurate.

      Order Tracking

      Tracking Information Is Sent After Shipment

      Once your package leaves the shipping facility, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

      Tracking information may take additional time to become active after the carrier receives the package.

      Tracking Updates

      Tracking Has Not Started

      The carrier may need time to scan and activate a newly shipped package. Please allow additional time after receiving the shipping confirmation.

      Tracking Has Not Updated

      Packages may move between facilities without receiving a visible public scan at every stage. Tracking delays do not always mean the package has stopped moving.

      Multiple Tracking Numbers

      Orders containing multiple products may be divided into separate shipments. Each package may have its own tracking number and delivery date.

      Split Shipments

      Items from the same order may ship separately because of product size, availability, fulfillment location, or carrier requirements.

      Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that the entire order has been delivered. Review all tracking numbers provided for your order.

      ⏳ Shipping Delays

      Delivery delays may occur because of severe weather, holiday volume, carrier congestion, transportation disruptions, customs inspections, labor shortages, regional emergencies, incomplete addresses, security checks, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

      A delayed package does not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund when the package is already in transit. Delayed orders are reviewed according to the latest carrier information and applicable store policies.

      📍 Package Marked as Delivered but Not Found

      If tracking shows your package as delivered, please check the porch, mailbox, garage area, side entrance, reception desk, parcel locker, household members, building staff, and nearby neighbors.

      Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation, GPS information, or other available delivery details.

      If the package still cannot be located, contact our support team with your order number and carrier case information. A delivered tracking status does not automatically qualify an order for replacement or refund.

      Returned or Undeliverable Packages

      A package may be returned to the sender because of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, unclaimed package, unpaid customs charge, restricted destination, or another delivery issue.

      Customers may be responsible for additional reshipping charges when the original delivery failure was caused by incorrect information, refusal, failure to collect the package, or unpaid destination fees.

      Original shipping charges may not be refundable for returned or undeliverable packages, except where required by applicable law or caused by our confirmed error.

      International Shipping

      International delivery availability depends on the destination, product, package size, carrier service, and local restrictions.

      International orders may require customs processing and may take longer than domestic deliveries.

      Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

      Additional charges may apply when an order crosses international borders.

      Customs Processing

      Customs inspections and release times are controlled by the destination country's authorities and are not included in standard delivery estimates.

      Import Charges

      Unless expressly included at checkout, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, and similar destination costs are the recipient's responsibility.

      Refused Customs Charges

      Orders refused or returned because destination fees were not paid may not qualify for a full refund, and shipping or return costs may be deducted where permitted.

      ⚠️ Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

      Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if the package contains a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product.

      Include your full name, order number, a clear description of the issue, photographs of the complete product, close-up photographs of the problem, and photographs of the packaging and shipping label when applicable.

      Keep the product, packaging, and accessories until our support team completes its review.

      Lost Shipments

      A shipment may be considered potentially lost when tracking shows no meaningful movement for an extended period beyond the expected delivery range.

      Contact our support team with your order number so we can review the tracking history and, where appropriate, request additional information from the carrier.

      Replacement or refund decisions are made after reviewing available tracking records, carrier information, delivery status, address accuracy, and other relevant circumstances.

      Order Changes and Cancellations

      Contact us immediately if you need to change an address, product option, or order quantity, or if you wish to request cancellation.

      Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing, packing, production, fulfillment, or shipment has started.

      Shipping Questions

      When will my order ship?

      Orders ship after processing, payment verification, product preparation, and final packaging are completed. Processing time is separate from delivery transit time.

      Can I change my address after ordering?

      Contact us immediately. We will try to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.

      Why did I receive only part of my order?

      Some orders ship in multiple packages. Review your shipping emails for additional tracking numbers and delivery updates.

      What if my tracking is delayed?

      Tracking may update slowly while a package moves between facilities. Contact us if there has been no meaningful update for an extended period.

      Are duties and taxes included?

      Unless expressly stated at checkout, international import duties, taxes, customs fees, and carrier handling charges are not included and are the recipient's responsibility.

      What if my package arrives damaged?

      Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

      Updates to This Shipping Policy

      We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in carriers, fulfillment methods, delivery regions, products, operating procedures, or legal requirements.

      The shipping terms applicable at the time of purchase will generally apply to the order, subject to applicable law.
