Our online store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer and sell our products and services.

Products and Product Information

We work to present our products accurately, but reasonable variations may occur.

Customers are responsible for measuring the actual width and height of their garage door and selecting the correct size and door configuration before ordering.

Do not rely only on general garage descriptions, home plans, exterior openings, surrounding frames, or assumed standard dimensions.

If you are unsure which size to choose, contact our support team before placing your order. Guidance provided by our team is based on the measurements and information supplied by the customer and does not replace accurate onsite measurement.

Prices, Promotions, and Payment

Prices, discounts, promotions, shipping charges, and available payment options may change without prior notice.

The price displayed at checkout before payment is submitted will generally apply to the order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Promotional offers may have separate eligibility rules, expiration dates, quantity limits, exclusions, and regional restrictions. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges for your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing, production, packing, fulfillment, or shipment has started.

Personalized, customized, made-to-order, or specially prepared items may enter production shortly after purchase and may not be eligible for cancellation.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated in writing.

Delivery may be affected by weather, holiday demand, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, transportation conditions, incomplete addresses, regional restrictions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for monitoring tracking information after shipment.

If tracking shows a package as delivered, check the delivery area, mailbox, household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier before contacting us.

Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery, unpaid import fees, or lack of collection may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Claims involving missing, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries must be reported promptly with the order number and supporting photographs or documentation when requested.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your garage door, property, climate, installation location, and intended use.

Follow all instructions supplied with the product. Keep covers, fasteners, lights, hooks, cords, and accessories away from tracks, hinges, rollers, handles, safety sensors, motors, electrical equipment, and other moving components.

Inspect the decoration before each use and remove it if it becomes loose, damaged, wet beyond its intended use, or likely to interfere with normal garage door operation.

Remove outdoor decorations before severe weather, strong winds, storms, heavy snow, or other conditions that could create a safety risk or damage the product or property.

Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, damaged-product claims, and cancellation requests are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Items returned without prior authorization, outside the applicable return period, or in a used, installed, altered, damaged, incomplete, or unsuitable condition may be declined.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

Customer Accounts

If account features are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity performed through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been accessed or used without authorization.

You may choose to submit reviews, photographs, videos, suggestions, testimonials, community content, affiliate information, or other materials.

You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content and that it does not violate privacy, intellectual property, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
