Because many of our products are purchased for specific holidays and seasonal events, we recommend checking the size, design, quantity, and condition of your order as soon as it arrives.
Our Return Process
Follow these steps before sending any product back to us.

Email us within 30 days of receiving your order and explain why you would like to request a return.

Include your full name, order number, email address, reason for the request, and clear photos when applicable.

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.

Send the Item Back
Return the approved item using the instructions provided by our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your request and product must meet the following conditions.
📅 Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order is marked as delivered.
📦 Original Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and accessories.
🧾 Proof of Purchase
A valid EverHolidayHome® order number or other acceptable proof of purchase is required.
✅ Prior Authorization
Every return must be approved by our support team before the item is shipped back.
⚠️ Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we generally cannot accept returns for:
• Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products
• Items that have been installed, used, washed, altered, cut, or damaged
• Products returned without original packaging or included accessories
• Final-sale, clearance, or promotional giveaway items
• Gift cards or other non-physical products
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please Contact Us Within 7 Days
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Please provide:
• Your full name and order number
• A clear explanation of the problem
• Clear photos of the entire item
• Close-up photos showing the damage or defect
• Photos of the shipping package and label when applicable
📏 Incorrect Size Selection
Customers are responsible for measuring their garage door and selecting the correct size before ordering.
If the correct product and size shown on the order were delivered, return shipping and any applicable replacement shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility. Items that have already been installed, altered, damaged, or used may not qualify for a return.

Customer-Requested Returns
For returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or another reason not caused by EverHolidayHome®, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Our Error
If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error, we will provide an appropriate solution after reviewing the supporting information.
Trackable Shipping
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until the return is completed.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued only after an approved return has been received and inspected.
Return Inspection
Once your return is received, we will inspect the product and notify you whether the refund has been approved or declined.
Original Payment Method
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Timing
After a refund is approved, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your bank, card provider, or payment service to process and display the funds.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, customs charges, duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable unless the return was caused by our confirmed error or required by applicable law.
Partial or Declined Refunds
A refund may be reduced or declined when an item is returned in a condition different from how it was originally delivered.
This may include missing packaging, missing accessories, signs of installation or use, stains, odors, damage, alterations, or a return received outside the approved return period.
Exchanges & Replacements
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on product availability. In some cases, the simplest option may be to return an eligible item and place a new order for the preferred product or size.
Replacement requests for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items will be reviewed individually. Do not discard the product or packaging until our team has completed its review.
⏱ Order Changes & Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
We will do our best to assist, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, production, packing, or shipment. Personalized or made-to-order items may begin production shortly after purchase.
Return & Refund Questions
Can I return an item after installing it?
Installed, used, altered, or damaged items generally cannot be returned unless a verified defect was not reasonably visible before installation.
Can I return a personalized product?
Personalized and made-to-order products are normally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details.
Where should I send my return?
Do not send a return to the address printed on the original package. Our support team will provide the correct return instructions after your request is approved.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are submitted after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your payment provider may then require approximately 5–10 business days to display the refund.
What if I selected the wrong size?
Contact us before installing or altering the item. Eligible unused products may be returned, but return shipping and replacement shipping costs may apply.
