Holiday seasons are especially busy for shipping carriers. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to allow enough time for processing, transit, and any unexpected carrier delays.

Please carefully review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, postal code, country, email address, and telephone number before submitting your order.
⏱ Address Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment has begun.
↩ Returned Packages
Packages returned because of an incomplete address, incorrect address, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery may require additional shipping charges before they can be sent again.

While we work hard to provide a smooth delivery experience, some delays may occur after a package leaves our facility.
Delays may be caused by severe weather, holiday demand, carrier disruptions, transportation issues, customs inspections, incomplete addresses, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
International Orders
Customs Processing
International packages may be inspected or delayed by customs authorities in the destination country. Customs processing times are controlled by local authorities and are not included in standard delivery estimates.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Depending on the destination, local authorities may charge import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling fees. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for confirming that purchased products can be legally imported and delivered to their destination.
⚠️ Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries
If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery area, ask other household members, check with nearby neighbors, and contact the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed by our support team.
Shipping Questions
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to help, but an address cannot always be changed once processing or shipment has started.
Why has my tracking not updated?
Tracking systems may require additional time to display the first scan. Updates can also be delayed while packages move between carrier facilities.
Will all items arrive together?
Some orders may be divided into more than one shipment. When this happens, tracking information may be provided separately for each package.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Review the latest tracking update first. If there has been no meaningful update for an extended period, contact our support team with your order number so we can assist.
